What You'll Bring:

  • Up to 1 year of experience in contract drafting and negotiation (including internships, externships, or in-house roles during law school)
  • J.D. from an accredited law school or current 3L graduating this academic year
  • Strong academic performance with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to industries such as technology, social media/ecommerce, consulting, financial services, or life sciences is a plus
  • Admitted to the Minnesota or Illinois bar, eligible to waive in, or ready to obtain admission shortly after joining
